“Special Personal Data” means Personal Information that is considered sensitive under the Uzbekistan data protection law, and can include but is not limited to health data, racial and ethnic origin, political opinions, religious, philosophical or ideological convictions, data related to one’s sex or private life, and data relating to one’s criminal convictions or criminal behaviour.

91�������� collects Personal Information online and offline in a few different ways:

• Personal Information that you provide. We may collect Personal Information and other information that you provide when you use our Services, attend 91�������� programs or events, participate in research, and any other data that you may choose to submit or provide. Your rights under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No.ZRU-547 dated July 2, 2019 (the “Law on Personal Data”), Article 30 include:

• to be informed of the fact that the owner and/or operator of a database or any third party possesses your personal data and the content of such personal data;
• to request the owner and/or operator of a database to provide you with information on the processing of your personal data;
• to receive information from the owner and/or operator of the database about the conditions of access to your personal data;
• to contact an authorized state body or court on the protection of your rights and legitimate interests in relation to your personal data;
• to provide and withdraw your consent to the processing of their personal data, except as provided under the Law on Personal Data;
• to provide consent to the owner and/or operator of a database, as well as any third party, for the dissemination of your personal data in publicly available sources;
• to request that the owner and/or operator of a database containing your personal data temporarily suspend the processing of your personal data, if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, was illegally obtained, or is not necessary for the purposes of processing.

91�������� does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children, except if explicitly indicated in the Privacy Notice. We do not knowingly allow children to order our products, communicate with us, or use any of our online services.
